Hall of Fame announcer and legendary trainer, Teddy Atlas, has released his latest video for Dynamic Striking - “Exposing the Boogie Man / The Bully."

This is the latest for Atlas, who has a long list of successful videos he has done over the past few years for Dynamic Striking. Atlas has covered everything from footwork and feints to combination and counter-punching.

Atlas, who has trained dozens of world champions and contenders through his decades-long career, has always stressed that the mental side of the fight game is “75% of the battle”.

Atlas exposes the myth that apparently fearless and always (seemingly) confident fighters don’t have to battle the mental demons other competitors do. Atlas has long expressed that while everybody has the same feelings before a confrontation, be it in the ring or in life, how we respond to it is the difference.

Looking at the mental aspect of facing up to a (literal or figurative) bully is the perfect scenario to understand the key to controlling your emotions to make the right decisions so you can execute control over any given situation.

In the video, Atlas addresses one of the biggest plagues of our society - bullying. He brings what is best described as “next level insight to confronting and exposing the boogie man”. As with other videos, Atlas is practical, understandable, knowledgeable, and passionate in his presentation which is suited for anyone facing fears as a beginner or advanced competitor.

Atlas delves into approaching fears that will determine the outcomes of some of our biggest life events. He also looks at the core roots of fear and how to best approach and conquer these roadblocks.

Atlas also uncovers much of the misunderstood myths around bullying. He exposes them, and their cowardly behaviors, that are ironically covering up their own fears.

In the end, Atlas will help you to understand the true nature of bullying, how and why it occurs, and how to handle it. Then, you can defeat one of the most difficult behaviors plaguing people in all walks of life - in and out of the ring.

Atlas is hoping to get the newest video into public schools as he believes it will help both children and parents.

Staten Island, New York-based Atlas is a gifted teacher who has spent his life training people to understand, face, and conquer their fears, in the most difficult of circumstances.

This video, geared to both youth and adults, is a perfect guide through the complex journey that is exposing the “boogie man” and the resulting bullying behaviors. Once a person understands the root causes of the problem, they can focus on a root cure to the problem.

For anyone facing life’s bullies, in or out of a ring, this is a great place to start.
