All is set for tomorrow’s showdown between lightweights Francesco Patera and Edis Tatli. The two will battle for the second time for the EBU lightweight crown, and this time it’s Patera who’s the champion and Tatli the challenger.
Tatli is still angry over the controversial decision that awarded Patera with the title in May. The skillful Finn has vowed that he won’t let the second fight go the distance – ”No scorecards are necessary this time, I want to knock him out,” Tatli told the Finnish press.
As Tatli and Patera stared eye to eye at the weigh-in of Saturday’s event, everybody could see that there was little love lost between the two contestants. It’s going to be a wild night.
