Murrysville Madness returns to the SportZone Arena in Murrysville, Pennsylvania September 17.

Promoted by Gionta Management, the show will feature five fights in the eastern suburb of Pittsburgh.

"We promoted at this venue for the first time one year ago, which turned out to be our best show," said promoter Derek Gionta.

"We returned for a second time this past May and now for the third time with hopes of building up the sport here in the region."

Oakland, California native Willie "The Thrill" Shaw Jr. (14-3, 10 KOs), will face off against Elkhart, Indiana’s Andrew Rodgers (6-10-2, 2 KOs) in an eight-round lightweight bout.

Shaw is coming off a six-round TKO in July and looks to continue his momentum Saturday night and eventually move into bigger fights.

Rodgers is no stranger to playing the spoiler role, having defeated undefeated Greg Outlaw and 10-1-1 TJ Velasquez in two of his last three fights.

In an exciting junior middleweight fight, Pittsburgh’s Paul Palombo (2-0, 1 KO) will face Canton, Ohio’s Antonio Castillo Jr. (2-2, 1 KO).

Palombo, a former Pennsylvania Golden gloves runner-up, made his professional debut at this venue last September, stopping Jabrandon Harris in the second round.

Castillo, 35, is a rugged fighter with MMA experience.

Local lightweight Mike "Maverick" Conway (4-3-1, 2 KOs) will compete for the third time in this venue against

Nathan Benichou (2-11-1, 2 KOs) of Puebla, Mexico, in a four-rounder.

Pittsburgh super middleweight Eric Lomax (4-1, 3 KOs) will meet Charon Spain (4-19-2, 1 KO) of Seattle, WA of Davenport, IA in a four-rounder.

Undefeated Treavon Craycraft (3-0) of Ohio opens the show in a four-round junior middleweight bout against Georgia’s Terry Roscoe (2-14-1).

The first bell is 7:00 p.m.

Tickets are still available.
