Welcome to this month’s edition of “The Barbershop,” a column designed to give you a forum to speak your mind about our question(s) of the month or any boxing-related issue you would like to comment on. We welcome and appreciate your participation, so take a minute; scroll down and leave your comment below.

Last Saturday, Saul “Canelo” Alvarez completed dominated Julio Caesar Chavez Jr. to the point of embarrassment! Fans are now eagerly anticipating the showdown between Alvarez and Gennady “GGG” Golovkin, rumored to be scheduled for September. But what about Chavez, is his career over?

You pay the bills fans, so what do YOU think?

 

And don’t forget to join the fun on Friday nights as I join Randy Gordon and Gerry Cooney on their “Friday Night at the Fights” satellite radio show, the first Friday of each month, on Sirius/XM Rush Zone Channel 93.

 

We’ll discuss the “Barbershop” question of the month and anything boxing-related you’d like to share or talk about.
