Following hot on the heels of Regis Prograis vs Josh Taylor, we are looking forward to our second superfight in eight days. This time the historic light-heavyweight division comes to the fore as Mexican hero Canelo Alvarez moves up to meet the formidable Russian Sergey Kovalev, who has spent his entire career around 175lbs.

 

In an extended interview, Canelo talks about his decision to take this challenge, how he has been sparring cruiserweights in camp and why he might fancy a fight up in that division.
