“He’s a great fighter, and I want to finish it inside 12 rounds,” said Alvarez.
‘You know who is the real champion,” Golovkin said.
They know each other well.
Canelo Alvarez (57-2-2, 39 KOs) and Gennadiy Golovkin (42-2-1, 37 KOs) have fought twice. Golovkin arguably won the first fight, though the decision went to Alvarez. The second was another donnybrook. To the surprise of nobody, Alvarez got the nod.
Four years later they meet again at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nv. tomorrow night.
