In unfortunate news, an email sent by promoter Russell Peltz has informed Maxboxing that Francisco Rodriguez, who had to be sent to the hospital after his knockout loss to Teon Kennedy on Friday night, has passed away on Sunday around 8 p.m.
He leaves behind a wife and an infant daughter. His mother, father, wife and a brother were at his side when he died.
