WBO Middleweight Purse Bid News: Saunders Vs Andrad

The World Boxing Organisation has advised the respective teams of WBO middleweight champion Billy Joe Saunders and challenger Demetrius Andrade that they have 10 days to negotiate and reach an agreement. If agreement is not reached within the time frame stated (by July 22), a Purse Bid will be ordered according to WBO Regulations of World Championship Contests.

 

The minimum acceptable bid for the WBO Middleweight division is $200,000.00. Any of the parties involved may request a purse bid procedure at any time during the negotiation process.
