Video: Joshua Vs Parker London Press Conference

IBF/WBA and IBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua and WBO titleholder Joseph Parker came face to face in London on Tuesday to discuss their unification bout at the Principality Stadium, Cardiff, Wales on March 31.

Joshua, the current WBA champion,also holds the IBF belt, affirmed that his key is to mix “intelligence with hard work”. In addition, the boxer referred to his fight against Klitschko: “With Klitschko, all those times it told me, it will take more than a human to stop me from where I’m destined to be, and that’s what I learned”.

On the other hand, Parker, the current WBO titleholder, said: “This is probably going to be the hardest camp in terms of training the hardest, putting in the most work because I have a big challenge in front of me, Joshua”, and added: “I cannot wait to have this fight happen on March 31.

"Cannot wait to train, cannot wait to be back, to put on a great performance, hopefully catch him on the chin and knock him out”.

Joshua has a record of 24 wins, 20 of them by knockout, while Parker has won 24 fights, 18 by knockout.
