Smith Outscores Galarza By Majority Decision In Vegas
Former IBF junior middleweight champ Ishe Smith, 29-8-(12), scored a razor thin 10 round majority decision over Frank Galarza, 17-2-2-(11), at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday night.. Smith landed a solid right hand to deck Galarza in the second round. The scores were 95-95, 96-93 and 95-94.
On the undercard Justin DeLoach, 16-1-(8), earned a 10-round unanimous decision win over Domonique Dolton, 17-1-1-(9,) The scores were 99-91, 98-92 and 96-94 for DeLoach.
Super middleweight contender J’Leon Love, 23-1-(13) ,scored a sixth-round tko win over Dashon Johnson 21-20-3-(6).
In as super bantamweight bout Jose Cayetano, 20-4-(9), scored a 10 round unanimous decision win over Alexis Santiago, 21-4-1-(8). The scores were 97-93 and 96-94 twice.
