Last night, Golden Boy Promotions and Mayweather Promotions returned to The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for the resort’s “Fight Nights” series at The Chelsea, kicking off the Cinco de Mayo celebration and a weekend of legendary boxing.

In the main event, Antonio Orozco kept his undefeated record, scoring a knockout in the seventh round after delivering a grueling body shot to Jose Reynoso. In the co-main event, Light heavyweight Anthony Dirrell defeated Don Mouton by unanimous decision after eight rounds of competitive combat, with scores of 78-74, 77-75, 77-75.

Notable attendees included rap artist 50 Cent, famed professional boxers Oscar De La Hoya of Golden Boy, Miguel Cotto, Bernard Hopkins, Leon Spinks, Yuriorkis Gamboa Toledano, Andre Michael Berto, Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker Chris Carter and NFL star Will Demps.

In other bouts, former US Olympian Errol Spence Jr. knocked out Brandon Hoskins in a junior middleweight fight and former US Olympian Joseph Diaz took down Eric Gotay in a round three knockout in a junior featherweight fight.

Sponsored by Corona, the bi-lingual simulcast aired live on FOX Sports Networks and FOX Deportes. FUEL TV will rebroadcast the fight on July 21 at 12:00 p.m. ET/9:00 a.m. PT.
