Golovkin Is Waiting For Eubank Jr To Find A Pen

WBA, WBC and IBF middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin has claimed via his Twitter page that his team have reached an agreement to fight British middleweight champ Chris Eubank Jr and is awaiting Team Eubank’s signature on the contract.

 

The big punching Golovkin, 35-0-(32), is ready to defend his titles against Eubank in England in September but says Eubank is yet to sign for the contract.

Golovkin said via Twitter: "Everything is agreed from our side. Now waiting for @ChrisEubankJr, who all of a sudden has lost his pen..."

 

If a contract is bot signed within a reasonable time scale Team Golovkin have reportedly said that they will look to promote their own event in the US on September 10.
