Cotto In No Rush To Announce Opponent
Former multi weight world champion and future Hall of Famer Miguel Cotto is in no hurry to announce his next opponent despite having numerous offers available to him.
Cotto has not fought since dropping a points decision to Mexican icon Saul Alvarez in Las Vegas last November but is in no rush to announce an opponent.
The 35 year-old Cotto told El Vocero: "I have no idea [who I’m facing]. We are waiting to secure a good name and a good purse for the fight.
"We are in no hurry at all. We are waiting for what is best for us."
It is widely rumoured that Cotto is holding out for a showdown with Juan Manuel Marquez
