Braekhus Victorious In Oslo

WBC, WBA, IBF, WBO female welterweight champ Cecilia Braekhus, 29-0-(8), scored a second round stoppage win over Anne Sophie Mathis,27-4-1-(23) at the Oslo Spektrum in Oslo, Norway on Saturday.

 

Braekhus piled on the pressure and eventually broke Mathis down to get the stoppage. This was the first professional boxing card in Norway since 1981.
