Bivol Out-points Makhteienko Over 10 rounds

WBA interim light heavyweight champ Dmitry Bivol, 8-0-(6), scored a 10 round unanimous decision over Yevgeni Makhteienko, 8-6-(7), in a no title fight in Ekaterinburg, Russia on Saturday. The scores were 100-90 on all the judges cards

 

On the same card Heavyweight Sergey Kuzmin went 7-0 with a routine first round tko win over Mike Shephard.

 

In other action world ranked junior middleweight Kanat Islam, 22-0-(19), scored a 12round unanimous decision win over Patrick Allotey,34-3-(28 KOs) on Saturday night at the Alamaty Arena in Alamaty, Kazakhstan. Kanat won the vacant WBA and WBO Intercontinental titles.
