Each week, Gerry will answer as many of your questions as he can on the Sirius XM radio show “Friday Night at The Fights,” which Gerry co-hosts with Randy “The Commish” Gordon, former Chairman of the New York State Athletic Commission.
The show airs every Friday on Sirius Sport Zone Channel 92 from 6-8 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
Please submit your questions to: email@example.com.
Our first question comes from John F. who asks:
Gerry, I’m curious to know how you think a fight between Floyd Mayweather and Gennady Golovkin would go. Who do you see winning if that fight took place?
Our next question comes from Tony S. who asks:
Shannon Briggs has been stalking Vladimir Klitscho like Clubber Lang stalked Rocky. Do you think those tactics are going to work to get him the fight he so desperately wants?
And Gerry answered the following questions last week:
Our first question came from Tom G. who asked:
Gerry, how do you see the upcoming fight between Sergey Kovalev and Bernard Hopkins going? Does father time catch up to “the alien,” or does Bernard teach the youngin’ a lesson?
Gerry feels that Hopkins brings with him a ton of experience and although Kovalev is a tough fighter, he’s there to be hit and Hopkins will take full advantage of that.
Our next question came from Gary B. who asked:
Hi Gerry. Just wondering how much of a chance you think Kell Brook has against Shawn Porter?
Gerry thinks that Porter will prove to be too much for Brook.
