Alvarez Relinquishes WBC Title

Saul ’Canelo’ Alvarez has relinquished his WBC middleweight title. The Mexican idol’s promoter Oscar De la Hoya informed the World Boxing Council on Wednesday of his decision to vacate the title

 

The unbeaten Gennady Golovkin is now recognized as the undisputed WBC middleweight champion .
