Gerry, this week Adrien Broner makes his debut at 135 pounds challenging Antonio DeMarco for his WBC lightweight title. Many people feel that this is Broner’s toughest fight to date. How do you see this one and who do you think wins?

This week, Gerry, Brian Viloria squares off against Hernan “Tyson” Marquez to unify the WBA / WBO versions of the flyweight title. Marquez has stated that he would rather die in the ring before he lets Viloria win. So how do you see this one?

Gerry, Carmen Basilio, a legend in boxing has passed away. Can you share your thoughts on Carmen’s impact on the sport of boxing?
Gerry said that he cherished every second that he ever had speaking with Carmen and Randy pointed out that it was Basilio who spearheaded the location of the International Boxing Hall of Fame in Canasota, New York.

Hi Gerry, this Saturday, WBC super bantamweight champion Abner Mares squares off against WBA super bantamweight champion Anselmo Moreno. Who do you like and why?
Gerry liked the match-up and gave a slight edge to Mares, prior to the bout.
