Celebrated artist Richard T. Slone commissioned to paint Official Mayweather vs Ortiz paintings

Las Vegas, NV -Multi award winning artist Richard T. Slone, known for his energetic and vibrant paintings of top level events has been commissioned to paint the upcoming superfight between Floyd Mayweather and Victor Ortiz, which takes place on September 17th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Slone’s art will be featured on the official commemorative program, Limited edition event posters, special commemorative poker chips and be available in a fine art edition.
For the serious art collector, there will also be a special edition of museum quality fine art prints, some autographed, that will be very limited. Slone’s pre-fight paintings include a spectacular action shot and a classic back to back portrait that will grace the cover of the official event program. Slone is the official artist of the International Boxing Hall of Fame - a title he’s held for 15 years -  and has created artwork for many major sporting and celebrity events.
