The rematch will take place on April 12th in Atlantic City and it will be televised on HBO's Championship Boxing underneath the main event featuring WBA welterweight title holder Miguel Cotto's defense against Alfonso Gomez. In 2005, Margarito stopped Cintron in five rounds in a defense of his WBO title in Las Vegas.
